PRIVACY

Clear handling of personal information.

This policy explains what information QIOS Labs may receive through the Quantum pre-launch website, why it may be used and the choices available to you.

Last updated 1 August 2026Pre-launch website

The current site does not create user accounts, accept payments or deploy QIOS Labs advertising or behavioural analytics scripts. The private-access form prepares an email in your own email application and does not itself transmit or store the entered details.

1. Scope and who we are

QIOS Labs operates www.qioslabs.app and is developing Quantum, an evidence-led digital-asset market intelligence platform. This policy applies to the public pre-launch website and communications sent to QIOS Labs through it.

Additional notices will be introduced before accounts, subscriptions, payment processing, mobile applications or authenticated product features are made available.

2. Information we may receive

Information you choose to provide

When you email QIOS Labs or prepare a private-access request, the information may include your name, email address, professional profile, areas of interest and any message you choose to provide.

Technical hosting information

Like most hosted websites, the hosting environment may generate technical logs such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. These logs are generally created by the hosting provider for operation, diagnostics and security.

Information not requested

Do not send wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, API keys, payment-card details or other credentials through this website or by email.

3. How information may be used

  • To respond to enquiries and private-access requests.
  • To understand pre-launch interest and appropriate participant categories.
  • To evaluate partnerships, research discussions or business enquiries.
  • To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website.
  • To meet legal, regulatory or record-keeping obligations where applicable.

QIOS Labs does not sell personal information received through this pre-launch site.

4. Sharing, storage and overseas processing

Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, email, security or professional operations. It may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to obtain professional advice, protect rights or comply with law.

Depending on the service configuration, hosting or email providers may process information outside Australia. QIOS Labs will review and expand these disclosures as the production service architecture is finalised.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, legitimate operational records, security or applicable legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

5. Access, correction and deletion requests

You may ask QIOS Labs to confirm whether it holds personal information about you, request correction of inaccurate details or request deletion where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained where required by law, security or legitimate record-keeping needs.

You can also choose not to provide optional information. That may limit QIOS Labs’ ability to assess a private-access or partnership request.

6. Contact and privacy concerns

Send privacy questions, access or correction requests, or concerns about handling of personal information to contact@qioslabs.app with “Privacy enquiry” in the subject line.

This policy may be updated as Quantum moves from a pre-launch site to an operational service. The latest version will remain available on this page with its revision date.
